I had no idea it was the same guy as Basketcase. I even felt some Basketcase vibes while watching it but didn't make the connection.

The BJ seen is fuckin crazy. A bunch of crew working on the film left during that filming day.
No one is left but I will say that the director rulez. Frankenhooker, Basket Case, Brain Damage, are all funny weird subversive gross low budget nyc masterpieces. Brain Damage finds our Director making an allegorical horror comedy about his own addiction to cocaine. This was made while he was getting sober. Still has real coke energy to it none the less.
